Method
- Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese, milk, parmesan, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add pasta water gradually to reach the desired consistency.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra parmesan. Enjoy!

- Add Protein: Mix in grilled chicken or shrimp. 🍗🦐
