Method
- Boil water in a pot, add noodles, and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan over medium heat, add sesame oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, red pepper flakes, and peanut butter (if using).
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss until well coated in the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve hot. Enjoy!
