Ingredients
  

  • 200 g 7 oz noodles (spaghetti, ramen, or rice noodles)
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter optional for extra creaminess

Method
 

  1. Boil water in a pot, add noodles, and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, add sesame oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, red pepper flakes, and peanut butter (if using).
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss until well coated in the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve hot. Enjoy!
