Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes. Lightly grease the basket with cooking spray if needed.
Slice avocados in half, remove the pit, and carefully peel the skin. Cut each half into 4–5 thick wedges.
Place the flour in one shallow bowl, beaten eggs in another, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third.
Dredge each avocado slice first in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with the seasoned panko. Press gently so the breadcrumbs stick.
Arrange the breaded avocado slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the air fryer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
