Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • For the Bang Bang Sauce:
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Method
 

  1. Pat dry the salmon fillets and brush them with olive oil. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon fillets in the basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, and lime juice. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  4. Drizzle the bang bang sauce over the crispy salmon and serve with rice or a fresh salad. Enjoy immediately!

  • Extra Crispy: Coat the salmon in panko breadcrumbs before air frying.
