Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made pie crust or homemade
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir in shredded cheese, bacon, and bell peppers.
  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a small air fryer-safe baking dish. Pour the egg mixture into the crust, spreading evenly.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C). Place the quiche in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden.
  4. Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
