  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and minced garlic.
  2. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, securing the ends underneath.
  3. Mix brown sugar with red pepper flakes (if using) and press onto the bacon-wrapped chicken to create a sweet caramelized crust.
