Ingredients
  

  • 1 20 oz package cheese tortellini
  • 6 slices bacon cooked & crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving some bacon grease in the pan. Add butter and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  2. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  3. Boil the tortellini according to the package instructions, then drain and add it to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce.
  4. Stir in crumbled bacon, mix everything together, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
