Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked pasta, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, corn, bell pepper, green onions, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Stir until well coated and seasoned to taste with salt and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly. Top with the remaining ½ cup of cheese.
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon, jalapeños, or extra green onions if desired. Serve warm.
