Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • ¼ cup diced pickles
  • ½ cup Big Mac sauce see below
  • Big Mac Sauce:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp relish
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients until well combined. Set aside.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and spread a layer of Big Mac sauce on each. Add a portion of cooked beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, onions, and pickles.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, roll it up tightly, and slice in half. Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade Big Mac Wrap!
