Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz pasta penne, rotini, or shells
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • ¾ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine buffalo sauce, ranch (or blue cheese) dressing, and cream cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken and cooked pasta. Mix well to evenly coat everything in the sauce.
  4. Sprinkle in cheddar cheese, mozzarella, and garlic powder. Stir until the cheese is melted and fully incorporated. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
