Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 slices Colby Jack or pepper jack cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • 2 brioche or whole wheat buns
  • 2 tbsp honey mustard or mayonnaise
  • 2 leaves green leaf lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato

Method
 

  1. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). In the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheese on each piece to melt.
