Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen French fries or homemade fries
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 green onions chopped (for garnish)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and spread the fries on a baking sheet. Season with garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika, then bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden.
  2. While the fries bake, warm the shredded chicken in a pan over medium heat. Stir in a tablespoon of ranch dressing for extra flavor. In a separate pan, cook or reheat the crumbled bacon.
  3. Once the fries are golden and crispy, transfer them to an oven-safe dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over the top, followed by the shredded chicken and crumbled bacon.
  4. Place the dish back in the oven and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. You can also broil for 1-2 minutes for a crispier finish.
