Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast diced
  • 2 cups cooked penne or rotini pasta
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup croutons
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool it down. Set aside.
  2. If using fresh chicken, season with garlic powder and black pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown. Dice into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, diced chicken, and shredded Parmesan cheese.
  4. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat everything evenly. Adjust dressing quantity as desired.
