Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream cold
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Blue gel food coloring a few drops, to desired shade
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chip cookies crumbled
  • ½ cup Oreo cookies crumbled
  • Optional: ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or cookie dough pieces

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. This will create the base texture of your ice cream.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and blue food coloring. Adjust the color to your liking. Fold this mixture gently into the whipped cream until fully combined.
  3. Fold in the crumbled chocolate chip cookies, Oreo pieces, and any additional mix-ins like mini chips or cookie dough bits.
  4. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container. Smooth the top with a spatula and add a few extra cookie pieces on top for a decorative touch. Cover and freeze for at least 5–6 hours or overnight until firm.

Notes

  • Freezer: Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
  • Serving Tip: Let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping for the best texture.
Avoid Refreezing: Try not to thaw and refreeze repeatedly, as this can make the texture icy.
