- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, then add the cornstarch slurry. Stir until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken beautifully.
- Spoon the sticky chicken over warm rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Enjoy!
