Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple cubed
  • 2 oranges peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 banana sliced
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans or almonds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Wash and cut all fruits as needed. Place pineapple, oranges, strawberries, and banana in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon until well combined.
