- In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, sriracha, cilantro, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and cook meatballs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, lime juice, and a dash of honey. Drizzle over the cooked meatballs for extra flavor.
- Serve hot with jasmine rice or as an appetizer with a side of sweet chili sauce!
