Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sriracha optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 green onions finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, sriracha, cilantro, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and cook meatballs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, lime juice, and a dash of honey. Drizzle over the cooked meatballs for extra flavor.
  4. Serve hot with jasmine rice or as an appetizer with a side of sweet chili sauce!
