Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 strips crispy bacon
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce optional
  • Lettuce tomato, and pickles for topping

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 4 equal patties.
  2. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Add cheese slices on top and let them melt.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, onion powder, and hot sauce. Stir well until combined.
  4. Toast the buns, then spread crack sauce on both sides. Place the patties on the buns, top with crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Serve hot and enjoy!
