Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb flank steak thinly sliced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish
  • 2 green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the sliced beef and broccoli evenly on the sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Drizzle over the beef and broccoli, tossing to coat.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the beef is cooked and broccoli is tender.
  4. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve hot over rice or noodles. Enjoy!
