Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the sliced beef and broccoli evenly on the sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Drizzle over the beef and broccoli, tossing to coat.
- Bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the beef is cooked and broccoli is tender.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve hot over rice or noodles. Enjoy!
