Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping them connected, and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Cook in a non-stick pan over medium heat, stirring gently until just set.
Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Brush over the tops of the rolls. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm!
