Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls 8-count
  • 1 ½ cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
  • Optional: 2 tbsp melted butter for brushing tops

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up, starting from the wide end and ending at the tip.
  4. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down. Optionally brush the tops with melted butter. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired. Serve warm and melty!
