Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Method
 

  1. Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Add uncooked macaroni, shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and cream cheese.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together milk, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and mustard powder. Pour the mixture over the macaroni and cheese. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  4. Once the macaroni is tender and the cheese is melted, stir in melted butter. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving for the perfect creamy texture.
