In a saucepan over medium heat, combine fruit, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Cook for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened. Let it cool.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into 5-inch circles. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of filling onto one side of each circle. Fold over and crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
