Method
- In a blender, combine fresh strawberries, milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into a bowl or jar. Add chia seeds and stir well to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight). Stir once after 30 minutes to prevent clumping.
- Once the pudding has thickened, give it a final stir, top with fresh strawberries or nuts, and enjoy!

- Refrigeration: Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Freezing: Not recommended, as the texture may change.
