Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag 32 oz frozen tater tots 🥔
  • 6 large eggs 🥚
  • 1 cup milk 🥛
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese 🧀
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage or bacon cooked and crumbled 🥓
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika 🌶️
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions chopped (for garnish) 🌿

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle the cooked sausage or bacon evenly over the tater tots. Pour the egg mixture on top, then sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly. Garnish with green onions and serve hot!
