Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the cooked sausage or bacon evenly over the tater tots. Pour the egg mixture on top, then sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly. Garnish with green onions and serve hot!
